After a short outline of comparative law, the course deals with the situation of the jurisdictions instituted apart from the judicial power, taking into consideration constitutional requirement relative to their institution and their competence. A special attention is devoted to the section of administrative jurisdiction of the Council of State, whose organization, competences and procedure are detailed
