Comparison between the systems having distinct commercial law and Commercial Courts and the others; comparative approach of the principle of the free movement of goods (EU, WTO, ALENA,...); comparison between American anti-trust law and European competition law ; parasitic competition in comparative law; class actions: The American regime and the European ones; Comparison of our insolvency procedures with the american "chapter eleven"; .
