Objective

Teaching basic notions of public international law which specifically relate to international institutions



Contents

The constitution, the membership, the institutional acts (ways of adoption, legal effect, control, sanctions in case of violations), the legal personality of international institutions (sources and consequences), privileges and immunities of international institutions, their officials and the representatives (of States and other organisation) to international institutions
