The course aims at developing the knowledge of the students so as the latter acquire, from the theoretical and practical point of view, the good reflexes required by the exercise of the notarial activities and the drafting of legal documents in the field of the real-estate civil law, including the aspects of the relative law of the credit

Real-estate opposability of acts, property and co-ownership, joint ownership, usufruct, long lease ("emphytéose"), right of "superficie", sale contract (in this included the law Breyne), contract of mortgage, mandate, contract of credit, rental agreement and its opposability
