Objective

The course aims to provide the students with the necessary tools for drafting notarial deeds for companies by identifying the issues and taking into account the various aspects in view of ensuring the conformity of these deeds with the legal rules and the objectives pursued by the client (expressed or not)



Contents

This course addresses various aspects of corporate law that a public notary may have to handle. It focuses on the analysis of the incorporation of companies and of the main modifications which may affect the articles of association
